Developing a Life of Ministry
Ex-press is a chance for maturing Christians to develop their head, heart and hands and service for God. The course aims to equip and encourage you to make ministry a way of life.
AGE 17+ on 1st July of year of travel
Placement Details
Join an adventure of fun, service and growth in the beautiful country of Romania and allow your horizons to expand.
This team will be learning what it looks like to embrace the life that Jesus offers before they embark on a project that requires energy, boldness and a willingness to get stuck into the wide variety of ministry opportunities.
Begin your adventure with a launch, spending 2 days at the Exodus Centre in the hills of Transylvania; enjoying the outdoor, preparing for your placement and contributing to the fun and laughter.
Then travel on to your placement where you will serve with a local church running high energy kid’s programmes, distributing food to poor families, connecting with local teenagers, serving through practical work and running a community festival.

Day 1 - Travel
Day 2-3 - Launch at the Sutor Centre (training, team building and connections
with the local community)
Day 4 - Travel to hosts, connect with the local people and
prepare for action
Day 5-11 – Service opportunities inc. fun filled
kid’s programmes, visiting and spending time with poor families in their homes,
building relationships with local teenagers, getting stuck into practical work
and participating in a local community festival

Practical Details
Anticipated Flight Plan
Dublin - Cluj - Dublin
Other Transport
Airport Transfer: Cluj to Sutor return. Approx 1hr. Daily Transport: Via host cars or mini-bus.
Flights and other private transport will be booked in economy class unless otherwise stated
Accommodation
You will stay in the Exodus centre in Sutor for the first 3 days and then in host accommodation. Basic amenities provided.
Passport Information
To travel with this team you will require a passport valid for 6 months after the return date. Individuals without a valid passport should apply for one at their earliest convenience.
