Exodus serves thousands of young people and leaders each year through teams, mentoring, training, events & residentials. We rely on excellent admin and logistics to empower our staff and volunteers to serve well.
We are now seeking to appoint an Operations Manager (maternity cover for 10th months with possible extension).
This person should share the vision of Exodus for young people, have the leadership to coordinate a team, the attention to detail to oversee complex tasks and the humility to serve.
The overarching responsibilities are
Managing Systems - Oversight of operational processes such as application systems and logistics for teams.
Leading People - Management of the interns and volunteers who help with the operations team.
Serving Others – Completing the basic and ongoing administrative tasks that release the wider team into their roles and assist Exodus partners and supporters as they work alongside us.
The role is designed as full time but we will consider applicants willing to work part time for at least 30 hours per week - this should be indicated with the application.
