We have launched the Moving On...Moving Out Appeal to ask our past team members, volunteers and supporters to consider helping their local Exodus centre at this time.
In 1997 Exodus opened with the strap line ‘Moving On...Moving Out’ and we are determined to step out again with courage and conviction and play our part in leading, and supporting disciple making youth ministry in Ireland and across Eastern Europe.
The financial impact of COVID19 has been significant. Between teams and other reductions in income, without any action, Exodus was facing a £200,000 loss linked to the pandemic.
This is a considerable challenge and we have been waiting on God and working hard; drastically cutting expenditure, utilising the furlough scheme and inviting our team members to help cover costs.
As things stand we have made encouraging progress but these efforts alone will not be enough. Exodus is still vulnerable and we need help.
We are asking that people consider, support their local Exodus work, ideally by setting up a monthly gift to.
