Exodus is seeking to appoint a full-time Youth Ministry Co-ordinator, based in its Lisburn centre, to help develop the ministry in Lisburn and the surrounding area.

This is an exciting role for someone enthused about the ministry of Exodus with strong relational and organisational skills.

The individual will be responsible for co-ordinating the venue programmes, supporting the management and development of the small group and mentoring ministries, training leaders and volunteers and building partnerships with the local churches and agencies.
